PLOT SUMMARY:
This retelling of “The Emperor’s New Clothes” places the vainglorious King in a world made only of paper. The King, who believes “appearances are everything.” Is tricked into wearing only his underwear to a giant masquerade ball. Humiliated, the King considers leaving the Paper Kingdom, but is convinced by his beautiful daughter to remain.
